<p>Pampeliškový med je jednoduchý na přípravu, snadno si připravíte zásoby na celou sezónu.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Co je pampeliškový med?</h2>



<p>Nejedná se o med v pravém slova smyslu, spíše o<strong> pampeliškový sirup</strong>, připravený louhováním květů z pampelišek a plátků citronu, povařený s cukrem.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">K&nbsp;čemu je dobrý pampeliškový med?</h2>



<p>Pampeliškový med slouží k ochucení domácích dezertů, například palačinek, snídaňové kaše, používá se do jogurtu. </p>



<p>Medem můžete polít <a href="https://mlsnavarecka.cz/nekynute-livance-na-americky-zpusob/">lívance</a> nebo <a href="https://mlsnavarecka.cz/bajecne-palacinky-ze-spaldove-mouky/">palačinky</a>, nahradíte jím běžná sladidla, používaná při pečení moučníků. Výborný je také do čaje.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Co potřebujeme k&nbsp;výrobě pampeliškového medu?</h2>



<p>Žádné složité suroviny, důležité je chytit sezónu kvetoucích pampelišek, v&nbsp;pravý čas vyrazit na lov a natrhat si pampelišky v&nbsp;plném květu.</p>



<p>K&nbsp;výrobě domácího pampeliškového medu potřebujeme:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Rozkvetlé pampelišky</strong>, pouze květy bez stonků</li><li><strong>Citron</strong>, ideálně v bio kvalitě</li><li><strong>Voda</strong></li><li><strong>Cukr</strong>, bílý nebo třtinový</li></ul>



<p>Ve fázi, kdy svařujeme pampeliškové květy s&nbsp;citronem, můžeme podle chuti přidat například pokrájený pomeranč, čerstvý zázvor, přidat další nějakou tu léčivou bylinku, například sedmikrásku nebo meduňku.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Jak si uvařit pampeliškový med?</h2>



<p>Návod na výrobu pampeliškového medu je jednoduchý, počítejte s&nbsp;tím, že po svaření se nechávají pampelišky přes noc odstát a druhý den se výluh asi dvě hodiny vaří při velmi mírné teplotě.</p>

<p>Důležitá je sezóna pampelišek, v&nbsp;České republice kvetou zhruba od půlky dubna do poloviny května, nepropásněte tedy tento čas, další šanci budete mít až za rok.</p>



<p><strong>Postup:</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list" type="1"><li>Natrháme rozkvetlé květy pampelišek, bez stonků.</li><li>Pampelišky namočíme do studené vody, vyplaví se z&nbsp;nich případný hmyz.</li><li>Opláchnuté pampelišky zalijeme vodou, přidáme citron nakrájený na plátky.</li><li>Povaříme 20 minut, stáhneme z&nbsp;plotny a necháme přes noc louhovat.</li><li>Přefiltrujeme přes plátno, výluh přivedeme k&nbsp;varu, přisypeme cukr, rozmícháme.</li><li>Stáhneme teplotu na minimum a necháme 2 hodiny probublávat.</li><li>Mírně zchladlý pampeliškový med plníme do čistých sklenic.</li></ol>



<p>Pampeliškový med lze připravit také <strong>za studena, bez vaření.</strong> Pak vynecháme fázi vaření s cukrem, cukr přidáváme do výluhu a s výsledným produktem zacházíme jako s běžným sirupem. Sirup zůstává řídký, není tak hustý jako pampeliškový med, který povaříme.</p>



<p><strong>TIP:</strong> Pampeliškový med je dobrou variantou pro vegany, kteří odmítají klasický včelí med (jedná se o živočišný produkt).</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Kdy sbírat pampelišky na med?</h2>



<p>Nejlepší doba je dopoledne, kdy jsou pampelišky otevřené. Čím dříve vstanete a vydáte se na sběr květů, tím méně hmyzu v květech bude. Po obědě se už pampelišky pomalu zavírají, pro sběr tak nejsou vhodné.</p>

Pokud byste použili pouze síto, mohl by být med zakalený – sítko nezachytí drobnější částice. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13136-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Plátno vyždímáme, abychom z pampelišek a citronu dostali co nejvíce tekutiny. Zbytky květů a citronu, které nám zbyly v plátně, vyhodíme. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13136-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Výluh přivedeme k varu, stáhneme teplotu, přisypeme cukr a promícháváme, až cukr rozpustí. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13136-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Poté stáhneme teplotu na minimum a med necháme jen probublávat, celkem asi 2 hodiny.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13136-step-0-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Med zhoustne postupným odpařováním tekutiny, nebude však hustý tak, jak jsme zvyklí u včelího medu.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13136-step-0-11" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Hotový med necháme lehce zchladnout, a poté naléváme do čistých sklenic. Zavíčkujeme a uchováváme v temnu. </span></div></li></ul></div></div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Domácí zázvorový čaj: tipy a rady </h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Zázvorový čaj se pije čerstvě připravený, teplý. Necháte-li jej vychladit, získáte skvělou <strong>zázvorovou limonádu</strong>. Čaj se pije v&nbsp;chladném období, limonádu si nechte na letní období.  </li><li>Pokud kořen zázvoru do čaje strouháte, vždy jej přeceďte. Nepijte je s&nbsp;kousky zázvoru, abyste si nepodráždili zažívání. </li></ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Zázvorový čaj, na co pomáhá </h2>



<p>Čaj z&nbsp;čerstvého zázvoru je hitem v&nbsp;kavárnách, čerstvě
připravený zahřeje už okamžiku, kdy se nám konvička se zlatavým nápojem dostane
na stůl. </p>



<p>K&nbsp;přípravě čaje se používá pouze <strong>podzemní část zázvoru, kořen, oddenek</strong>. </p>



<p>Léčivé účinky zázvorového kořene jsou známé odnepaměti, od dávných časů po současnost se zázvorový čaj nejčastěji pije <strong>při nachlazení</strong>, nápoje se zázvorem <strong>ulevují těhotným od ranních nevolností a zvracení</strong>, pomáhají při trávicích potížích. </p>



<p>Zázvor obsahuje <strong>gingerol</strong>, látku se silnými protizánětlivými účinky. Ta pomáhá nejenom při bolesti v&nbsp;krku, <strong>zmírňuje také otoky a bolesti svalů fyzickém cvičení</strong>, odborné studie prokazují <strong>účinnost zázvoru v&nbsp;boji s&nbsp;artrózou</strong>. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Nejen čaj, ze zázvoru připravíte i obklad nebo koupel</h2>



<p>Ačkoliv zázvorový čaj je nejznámější formou, ve které zázvorový kořen konzumujeme, využití léčivého oddenku jsou podstatně širší. </p>



<p>Obklad ze zázvoru připravíte <strong>namočením čisté bavlněné látky do odvaru z&nbsp;kořene</strong>, pro koupel si pořiďte <strong>zázvorový olej</strong>. Napusťte si horkou vanu a do vody kápněte pár kapek zázvorového oleje. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Zázvor do čaje nakrájet nebo nastrouhat? </h2>



<p>Nejčastější variantou je zázvor nakrájený na plátky. V&nbsp;tom
případě krájejte tenké plátky zázvoru, z&nbsp;kořene dostanete čaj, který bude
mít víc síly, než kdybyste krájeli plátky silné.</p>



<p>Zázvor můžete i nastrouhat a čaj poté přecedit přes sítko – takto doporučujeme i v&nbsp;našem receptu. Čaj z nastrouhaného kořene je silnější, než kdybyste krájeli zázvorový oddenek na plátky. <p>Levandulová pole jsou typická pro francouzskou Provence, avšak pro tuto bylinku nemusíte jezdit tisíce kilometrů daleko, daří se jí i v našich krajích.</p>



<p><strong>Pokud na čerstvou levanduli natrefíte, připravte si z ní domácí sirup.</strong> Je skvělý pro přípravu horkých nápojů i chladivých limonád v létě, hodí se na pokapání korpusu dortu při pečení. </p>



<p>Zabalený ve skleněné lahvi se zátkou můžete levandulový sirup věnovat jako dárek.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Limonáda z levandulového sirupu</h2>



<p>Pokud máte chuť na voňavou domácí levandulovou limonádu, stačí odměřit do sklenice trochu sirupu, zalít jej perlivou vodou, přidat kostky ledu, několik plátků citrónu a dozdobit čerstvými bylinkami. Vhodné jsou máta nebo meduňka, citronová verbena.</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Levandule je známá jako léčivka, ale její jméno je původně odvozené od slova od slova umývat, což napovídá, že se rostlina ve starověku používala především do koupelí a pro kosmetické účely.</li><li>Dnes je levandule s oblibou využívaná pro zklidnění při potížích nervového původu. Čaj připravený z levandule účinně pomáhá při nespavosti, nervové slabosti, návalech a bolestech hlavy. Levandule pomáhá při třesavce a migréně.</li></ul>

Kdybychom je opláchli, odstranili bychom i pyl, a právě ten dává sirupu jeho chuť.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1671-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Květy naložíme do vychlazené vody a přidáme na plátky nakrájený citron. Přikryjeme čistou utěrkou a necháme 24 hodin louhovat.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1671-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Po vylouhování vybereme květy i citron, pořádně z nich vymačkáme všechnu šťávu.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1671-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Přecedíme do hrnce přes cedník, který vysteleme čistým plátnem. Přidáme cukr. Směs zahřejeme, až se cukr úplně rozpustí a ze dna začnou stoupat na hladinu malé bublinky. Ihned naléváme do čistých lahví a zavíráme. Láhve položíme naležato a necháme takto vychladnout, aby se zatáhlo víčko.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1671-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Uskladníme ideálně na tmavém chladném místě.</div></li></ul></div></div>

<h2>Na černý bez s babičkou</h2>
<p>Pamatuji si, že tento sirup dělávala moje babička už když jsem byla malá holka. Dělala ho hodně, a my jsme vždycky pomáhali s trháním bezových květů, to mě opravdu bavilo, užili jsme si přitom spoustu povídání a zábavy. Pár dní po sběru babička vždycky přinesla několik lahví žlutého bezového zázraku.</p>

<p>Jak šel čas, s výrobou sirupu přestala a bezový sirup u nás upadl v zapomnění. Až současný trend návratu k výrobě domácích sirupů a limonád mi chvíle s babičkou připomněl. Její původní recept sice už nemám, ale tento ho velice obstojně nahradil, a tak se z této dobroty může radovat i můj malý syn. A já pevně doufám, že i on si bude pamatovat dobrodružství, které společně zažíváme při hledání vhodných keřů bezu černého.</p>

<h2>3 extra tipy pro bezinkový sirup</h2>

<li>Poměr cukru a vody je l tekutina = kg cukru</li>
<li>Láhve by měly být naprosto čisté a suché. Já ještě používám trik, který mne naučila teta, a to že do láhve naleju pár ml čistého silného alkoholu, třeba vodky, hruškovice nebo slivovice. Potom s láhví zatřepu všemi směry, aby ji alkohol vypláchl. Tímto ji jakoby vydezinfikuju.</li>
<li>Takto připravený sirup nám v láhvi vydrží celý rok, ale po otevření bychom ho měli skladovat v lednici.</li>

<h2>Recept na šeříkový sirup znaly už naše babičky</h2>
<p>Sladká, omamná vůně šeříku a úchvatné lila zbarvení květů. Schovejte si krásu a vůni jara do šeříkového sirupu. Sladkou štávu z květů šeříku znaly již naše babičky, poté sirup na chvíli upadl v zapomnění, aby jej opět objevily novodobé hospodyňky. Vyzkoušejte, tenhle šeříkový sirup stojí za to!</p>
