<p>Sekaná není žádnou novinkou, známá je již od středověku. Akorát se maso nemlelo, ale sekalo na maličké kousíčky. Společně s&nbsp;karbanátky se jednalo o pokrm, který nechyběl na žádné sváteční tabuli. Zpočátku se na sekanou i karbanátky používalo pouze to nejkvalitnější maso a přísady. Teprve později začali lidé přidávat i další ingredience a maso i různě kombinovat, zkrátka, co dům dal.</p>



<p>My si dnes společně <strong>připravíme sekanou z&nbsp;hovězího a krůtího masa</strong>. Dovnitř jsem použila vejce, ale sekanou lze plnit i jinými laskominami. Je to jídlo poměrně rychle připravené, snadné, vděčné. Sekaná se dá jíst teplá i studená.&nbsp;</p>

<span style="display: block;">Hodí se k ní bramborová i batátová kaše, případně kombinovaná kaše, kdy smícháme brambory a nějakou zeleninu. Vhodné jsou i vařené brambory, zelenina v páře, dušené zelí a brambor. Vedle nešlápnete ani s pečenou verzí brambor a zeleniny. Sekanou lze také podávat s pečivem. Výborná je jako hlavní jídlo ale i jako občerstvení, kdy nemusí být teplá.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div>
<h2>Tipy pro vylepšení receptu:</h2>
<span style="display: block;">Jako nádivku lze použít kysané zelí, lečo, ale i kombinace nakládané okurky, klobásky či šunky, vajec. Výtečná je i se špenátem, rajčaty či olivami.</span></div></div>

<p>Fusilli jsou těstoviny ve tvaru spirálky, původem z&nbsp;Itálie. Připravují se stejně, jako ostatní těstoviny, vařením. Jsou skvělou přílohou, ale i hlavním jídlem. Mohou být obyčejné, ale i různě barevné. Na trhu najdete i těstoviny s&nbsp;červenou řepou, špenátem apod.</p>



<p>Já jsem pro dnešek zvolila fusilli jako přílohu k&nbsp;omáčce s&nbsp;marinovaným tofu. Buď si můžete koupit neochucené tofu a sami si jej naložit do marinády nebo si z&nbsp;prodejny domů přinést již hotový výrobek. Tofu lze zařadit do dietních programů. Obsahuje rostlinné bílkoviny, nahradí tedy maso, ale nezatěžuje tolik trávení. Nemusíte být vegan ani vegetarián, abyste si dopřáli lehčí stravu, odborníci doporučují zařazovat bezmasá jídla pravidelně.</p>



<p><strong>Dnešní recept není složitý na přípravu, ani časově náročný.</strong> Zabere vám 25 minut vašeho času. To zní určitě zajímavě. Kdo by neměl rád chutné, výživné jídlo, kdy nemusí stát dlouho u sporáku. Z&nbsp;uvedeného množství připravíte 2 až 3 porce.</p>

<p>K&nbsp;jeho výhodám patří: <strong>vysoký obsah bílkovin, vápníku, udrží vás déle sytější</strong>. Oproti masu šetří vaše trávení. Má pestrou škálu využití v&nbsp;kuchyni, připravuje se poměrně rychle. Pro mě osobně představuje halloumi krále mezi sýry. Miluji jeho chuť i strukturu, jak skřípe mezi zuby. Možná to máte podobně?</p>



<p>Množství, které uvádím v&nbsp;receptu, odpovídá dvěma porcím. Pokud připravujete jídlo pro více lidí, použijte větší množství zeleniny i sýra, včetně dochucovadel.</p>

Kombinace halloumi, medu a ořechů je naprosto jedinečná. Také můžete předem halloumi namáčet v medovo-hořčičné marinádě, chuť bude ještě víc intenzívní. </span></div></div>

<p>Odborníci doporučují konzumovat denně ovoce a zeleninu. Pochopitelně čerstvé ovoce a zelenina je nejlepší. Občas se však stane, že nám doma zůstanou jablka, banány či jiné ovoce, které se už netváří čerstvě. Vyhodit je to škoda, ale chuť na to nemáme.</p>



<p>Pak je tady možnost, použít takové ovoce do moučníků. Výhodou je i přírodní oslazení daného pokrmu. Takový moučník má nejen jinou a zajímavou chuť, ale je i mnohem zdravější. Dnes si <strong>společně upečeme muffiny, kde nám těsto osladí jablíčko a banány</strong>. Výhodu tohoto moučníku je i <strong>vyšší obsah vlákniny</strong>. Navíc je velmi snadný a zabere vám tak 15 minut přípravy těsta a 35-40 minut pečení. Z&nbsp;uvedeného množství mi vyšlo 12 muffinů.</p>
